Took my !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! in today to get the oil leak and sticking brakes fixed.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

The oil filter they put on during the free oil change last time was loose :|

And they told me the sticking brakes were caused by the front brakes needing new pads and rotors. When I asked for an explanation as to how that worked, the service writer said something about the sensor coming out and not retracting. That didn't pass the smell test, I declined to have the brakes done. Suddenly the brakes aren't sticking, so I presume they greased the calipers and then tried to sell me brakes, so they could get a paying job out of me.

On the way home, the check engine light came on. I took it to another dealer near my house. It needed an O2 sensor ... And the brakes are fine.

whats on the list?

if your thinking of buying used for fam duties...Could I recommend a 2006 Honda accord? GF's fam has one from new. 200k KM (125K miles) later, I met them and we went on a date. I coudltn believe how tight that thing felt for so many KM.

I'm going to go back to daily driving my '06 Sierra crew cab. My wife wants a Mazda CX-5, probably going to get her that.

Get one of these:

http://jacksonville.craigslist.org/cto/4725100590…

Not the best example, but they are cheap and all you need to do is basic maintenance for something that beat the E60 5 series...
